Egg Yellow

Renaissance

Renaissance is a shopping mall located near Exit No. 7 of Sillim Station of Subway Line No. 2 which possesses the largest floating population in Seoul. It is equipped with a 5-story parking lot and a basement level that is directly connected to Sillim Station; fashion mall with 700 stores; 2 floors of restaurants; and a dental clinic, plastic surgery clinic, Jamaica Health center, and hair shops, making it a multi-shopping mall that allows for shopping, things to see, eat, and enjoy all in one place.

Lotte Department Store

Lotte Department Store is known for its long and storied history in Korea, and its Gwanak branch was opened as the chain’s sixth store in 1997. Of particular note, the department store emphasizes high-quality shopping experiences, as well as the added function of being a sports and cultural space, therebyenabling the operation of customized cultural classes, ranging from literature, art, language education and childcare classes which receive great responses from customers.

Podo Mall

Podo Mall, which is located at Sillim Intersection, is a landmark of the Sillim area, consisting of 23 floors and a total floor area of 37,528㎡. Unlike the uniform box-style buildings of existing shopping malls, Podo Mallhas a horizontal façade that harmonizes with its surrounding area, and the exterior is designed to have a fluid shape to infuse vitality to the city. By designing the curtain wall of the exterior façade, the building exhibits unique architecture. Of particular note, the building was designed by world-renowned architect Nai Chang who designed the Taipei Financial Center and Central Department Store in Taiwan.
