By concentrating all our capabilities on local economic development—driven by our exceptional human capital and robust industrial infrastructure—we will establish the University Campus Town and Nakseong Venture Valley, and revitalize traditional markets and local commercial districts to inaugurate a 'Special Economic District for Shared Prosperity' rooted in coexistence and innovation.

To ensure our residents remain the true masters of Gwanak, we will foster an 'Innovative Gwanak-gu' through active engagement and empathy. We are committed to practicing substantive governance, where the public and private sectors jointly determine administrative priorities and tasks. Furthermore, we will devote our utmost efforts to building a 'Compassionate Gwanak Community,' establishing a 'Nation-leading City of Education and Culture,' creating a vibrant 'Youth Capital,' and maintaining a 'Clean and Sustainable Living Environment.
