Gwanak Book Festival
Gwanak Book Festival is a family-friendly reading culture festival where people of all ages and generations connect through books, and the local community comes together as one.
From the "Book In Gwanak" in 2022 to the "GwanakBom-Bom" in 2023, and through to the "Gwanak Healing Book Festa" held in partnership with the Seoul Out door Library in 2025, Gwanak-gu has continuously hosted festivals where books and the arts come together, built on a rich foundation of reading culture in frastructure.
Alongside resident-and citizen-participatory reading culture programs and cultural arts performances, an eco-friendly reading culture where books and nature coexist has been cultivated by lever aging local resources such as ByeolbitNaerincheon.(Starlight Narincheon Stream)
